What to Include

Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

If the issue is about a subscription or purchase, include the subscription or purchase status shown in the App Store, but do not send passwords, payment card information, or full Apple ID details.

Common Questions

• Camera access is used only for photo vocabulary features initiated by the learner.
• Microphone or speech input is used for speaking practice and roleplay interactions.
• AI character replies are designed for language practice and may not always be perfect.
• City mission characters are separate from the Aocheng AI practice friends.
• If something looks incorrect, contact support with the scene, word card, or persona name.

Product Areas

• City missions: choose a route, enter a scene, speak with a character, and unlock progress.
• Aocheng practice: choose Ethan, Kai, Serena, or Nova for open-ended Chinese practice.
• Photo vocabulary: capture an object, generate word cards, save them, and practice a line.
• Word pocket: review saved words, track what needs practice, and continue later.
