HaoSay Terms of Service

Use of HaoSay
HaoSay provides Chinese speaking practice, city missions, AI roleplay, photo vocabulary, and personal learning tools. The app is designed for language learning and practice, not for emergency, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
AI Practice Content
AI-generated replies, translations, pronunciation notes, vocabulary suggestions, and practice feedback may contain mistakes. You should review learning content and use your own judgment before relying on it outside practice.
Subscriptions
HaoSay Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple. If a free trial is available and you start it, the subscription automatically renews after the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends.
Your Apple Account / Apple ID will be charged according to the plan shown on Apple's purchase sheet. Renewal charges may occur up to 24 hours before the start of the next billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Cancellation turns off future renewal, but you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current billing period unless Apple states otherwise.
Pricing, renewal periods, taxes, and trial eligibility may vary by region and are confirmed by Apple before purchase. Refund requests and billing issues for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Accounts and Progress
HaoSay may save your learning progress, saved words, character practice history, and account settings so you can continue your route later. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
User Content
You remain responsible for practice text, speech, photos, and other content you provide. You grant HaoSay a limited permission to process that content as needed to provide app features, such as speech practice, AI roleplay, photo vocabulary, progress saving, and related support.
Acceptable Use
Do not use HaoSay to create abusive, hateful, illegal, sexually exploitative, or unsafe content. HaoSay may restrict access when use creates safety, abuse, security, or platform integrity risks.
Privacy
HaoSay's collection and use of personal information is described in the HaoSay Privacy Policy.
Changes
HaoSay may update features, subscriptions, or these terms as the product changes. Material changes should be reflected on this page.
